关于在投篮起跳时,做轴早于非做轴脚起跳(如下图)算不算违例的问题,在论坛上已经争论过好多次了
这第GIF图片是由BatterBasketball的教学视频做成的,里面白色球员晃动后投篮的动做,明显是先跳起了做轴脚,因此有人认为是走步违例.
下面是FIBA规则中相关的规定.英文的是FIBA 2008年最新的规则,中文的FIBA 2004年的规则,暂时没找到2008年规则的中文版.不过这一部分的规定基本没有变化.注意红色部分.
有人又根据这个规则提出了一个问题,那我抬起做轴脚后就是不投篮,来个"金鸡独立"行不行,答案是不行,请注意"跳"这个字很关键,如果不是跳的话,就走步违例了.
Official Basketball Rules 2008:
25.2.2 Progressing with the ball for a player who has established a pivot foot while having the control of a live ball on the playing court:
• While standing with both feet on the floor:
▬ To start a dribble, the pivot foot may not be lifted before the ball is released from the hand(s).
▬ To pass or shoot for a field goal, the player may jump off a pivot foot, but neither foot may be returned to the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
2004年篮球规则:
25.2.2 对在场上控制了活球并已确立中枢脚的队员的带球行进
• 双脚站在地面上时：
▬ 开始运球，在球出手前中枢脚不得抬起。
▬传球或投篮，队员可跳起中枢脚，但在球出手之前任一脚不得落回地面。
再补充一点,关于三步上篮,为什么不违例,其实也是应用此条规则. 以从右侧上篮为例,向前迈右脚,左脚随后跟着离开地面,在空中抓住球,右脚着地(此时右脚为做轴脚),左脚在前方着地,右脚离开地面(这时就是做轴脚跳起),最后左脚离开地面跳起,球出手.
